The apartment, about 75 square meters, is equipped with every comfort and is consists of an independent entrance, a living room with a sofa-bed, a fully equipped Tuscan-style kitchen (induction range, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven and fridge), a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed and two bathrooms.

Conditions
For bookings made without Instant Booking, the requested deposit is 40%. Security deposit to be paid on arrival of € 150. The balance of the total amount to be paid the day before departure. For cancellations from 30 days to arrival a penalty of 40% of the total amount is applied. For cancellation from 14 days to arrival a penalty of 90% is applied to the total amount. Arrivals must be between 4.00 pm and 8.00 pm, otherwise please inform us of your arrival time. Check-out is 10.00 am. Weekly linen change. The cost of an extra change is € 15.
